How do I make a SUGAR-FREE chocolate cake?

Ok, here’s the issue: I need to make a sugar free chocolate cake for a diabetic tomorrow, but I live far from a store. I have Splenda, cake flower, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, eggs and low-fat milk. Do you have any idea of the amounts of each I could use to make this cake? Is it even possible?
Oh and I have shortening and wheat flower, if that helps :{

This cake has three layers of chocolate cake frosted with buttercream then iced COMPLETELY with fudge studded with pecans (how do they do that without melting the buttercream?). My family used to get these at the Piggly Wiggly bakery in Memphis, TN, but you can’t find them anymore and they are my favorite cake. Does anyone know the recipe? I’ve made it before and it’s delicious, but I can’t find the recipe now. It was just a box chocolate cake and you poke holes in it with the handle of a wooden spoon. Then you pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping all over it. But I can’t remember if that’s it for the ingredients, or how much of each to use. Can anybody help me?
