Diabetic Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake Ingredients

• 2 1/2 c flour
• 2 1/2 c sugar substitute
• 1/2 c cocoa
• 1/2 ts salt
• 2 ts baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 c shortening

Diabetic Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Blend wet ingredients together then mix in dry ingredients completely.
Grease, flour 9×13″ pan and pour batter in.
Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Chocolate Birthday Cake Ingredients

Chocolate Birthday Cake Directions

Cream wet ingredients together.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Mix all together thoroughly.
Grease and flour 9×13″ pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and ice with your favorite icing.

• 4 1/2 c flour
• 3 c sugar
• 1 c cocoa powder
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 3 c water
• 3 ts baking soda
• 1/2 ts salt
• 3 tb vanilla

Vegan Chocolate Cake Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and fouur 9/13″ pan.
Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix completely.
Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
