Ingredients

• 2 cups CHOCOLATE COOKIE WAFERS, -crushed 1 teaspoons MINT EXTRACT

  6 oz SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE, melted
• 1 1/3 cups SUGAR
• 1/4 cups CORNSTARCH
• 1 teaspoons VANILLA
• 6 JUMBO EGGS, shelled and -warmed in microwave for 30 Seconds.
  1/2 cups HEAVY CREAM
